“As Kaethe’s husband, I could certainly be accused of bias; however, Kaethe’s attention to detail in body alignment and correct workouts has transformed my life.

"Early on when we were first dating I had come over from work complaining about how my knees were bothering me, and right on the spot she shared a simple stretch for my upper legs that loosened me up and made the source of the pain go away. Working with her long term has transformed my attitude toward fitness, and helped me better understand the importance of body alignment for both pain management and effective workouts. In addition, it is a lot of fun to join in on her group classes. She pushes you to do your best and get better, and yet is also understanding if your body is having an off day.
