Cancellation Policy:

Privates:

Cancellations for private and duo classes must be made 24-hours or more in advance for a refund or credit to your account for the missed session. Cancellations made fewer than 24-hours in advance will be charged the normal session rate. Exceptions can be made at the instructor’s discretion for emergency situations.

Should the instructor have to cancel at the last minute due to an emergency and the client(s) has already paid, either a full refund will be given or the cost of the session will be credited to their next session(s).

Group Classes, Online:
For Drop-In Sign Ups:

~ Cancellations made with fewer than 12 hours notice will be considered late cancels and will be charged for the class.

~ Cancellations made with more than 12 hours notice will be considered early cancels and will not be charged for the class.

For Advance Sign Up (Pays for the Month):

~ Cancellations made with fewer than 24 hours notice will be considered late cancels and will be charged for the class.

~ Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice will be considered early cancels and will be given a credit to use within two months of the month the class was canceled.

Group Classes, In-person

All non-emergency cancellations made with fewer than 24-hours notice will be charged for the class. Instructor has discretion over what counts as an emergency. You can choose to switch from in-person to online at any time (assuming online is offered). However, if it is fewer than 24-hours notice, you will still have to pay the in-person class cost.

Rescheduling:

Privates/Semi-Priavtes/Duos:

Cancellations made fewer than 24-hour before the session may, at the instructor’s desecration, be rescheduled for later in the week or the next week if the canceled class is at the end of the week. However, if a time cannot be found, the client will have to pay the full-class amount as noted in the late cancellation policy.

Group Classes

If you early cancel, you can reschedule at your leisure for another class. Please keep in mind, multi-class group passes expire 6 months after purchase and advance sign ups (not the same as a multi-class pass) have two months to use up an early cancel credit.
