Private Training

Looking for something tailored entirely to you?
Then private or duo training may be
just what you desire!

While I try to give corrections to all my students and I always offer modifications to make exercises easier or more difficult, the bigger the class, the more the attention gets spread out and the more generalized the exercises.

If you are looking for something where you get all the attention and each exercise is hand picked for you, or if you just don’t like exercising with a big group of people, privates are a great option!

Another potential advantage of private training is that privates and duo sessions are scheduled individually so we find something that works for both your schedule and mine. This can also be a great option to work on something specific, like an injury recovery, or just if you are new to a discipline and want to start from the beginning.

Virtual Training:

Along with my virtual group classes, I am offering virtual privates and duo classes in any of the disciplines I offer!

In-Person Training:

During the current pandemic, extra measures are being taken to protect the health of my clients, as well as mine and my family’s health. You can read my policies regarding COVID-19 here. I am offering in-person, outdoor training. Location options include my garage or an outdoor park of your choosing.

Privates may choose between hands-on corrections, verbal and socially distanced corrections, or socially distanced with corrections that utilize light poking with a cane.

Duos of non-socially-distanced people (anyone who lives in the same household) have the same option as privates regarding hands on or not.

Duos of socially-distanced people are verbal corrections only.

My space is such that I cannot fit more than three people, including myself, at a six-foot distance away from each other, so I cannot accommodate for than two clients at a time. If you wish to have a class with more people, please contact me for options.
