In-Person Locations For Group Classes:
I teach at a number of different locations that offer in-person options. Below is information on those places including how to find the rooms and where to park!

How to Find the Room:
Once you go in these doors, you will go straight ahead (through another pair of doors and keep going) to either the stairs or the elevator (directly across from the bottom stair). Go up to the second floor.
If taking the stairs: go left down the hallway at the top of the stairs. You will dead end into room 205 where the fitness room is.
If taking the elevator: go right out of the elevator and then take a left to go down the hallway. The hallway will dead end into room 205.

Please note that the massage area, store and front desk for Return to Play Institute is room 210, whereas the fitness space is room 205.

Exiting off of hwy 100 you will go West on Edina Industrial Bvld/77th Street. The entrance to the parking lot will be on your left. It is a parking lot surrounded by office buildings on all three sides. You can park anywhere in that parking lot. The office building you want will be on your right side, closest to the street as you pull into the parking lot.

Exiting off of 494, you will take the E. Bush Lake Rd exit. Go North on E. Bush Lake Rd. Stay on Bush Lake Road and the road will veer to the right and turn into Edina Industrial Bvld/77th St. The entrance to the parking lot will be on your right. It is a parking lot surrounded by office buildings on all three sides. You can park anywhere in that parking lot. The office building you want will be on your right side, closest to the street as you pull into the parking lot.
As shown in this picture below, you will want to enter the doors under the number 5275, which the is building closest to the road on the left if you are looking from the parking lot to the road.

How to Find the Room:
Room 301: Enter door 3 (shown above), and go right down the hall.
To go up the stairs: continue down the hall and into the doors at the end of the hall which takes you to the stairwell. Go up to the third floor. Exit the stairwell and make a right. Room 301 will be immediately on your right.
To go up the elevator: continue down the hall and, right as the hall turns left, go left into the elevator room. Take the elevator up to the third floor. Exit the elevator, and the elevtor room and go left. Room 301 will be the next classroom door on your right.
Room 318: Enter door 3 (shown above), and go right down the hall.
To go up the stairs: continue down the hall and into the doors at the end of the hall which takes you to the stairwell. Go up to the third floor. Exit the stairwell and make a right. Room Keep walking down the hall past the bathrooms (on your left) and then room 318 will be on your left just past the bathrooms and some storage closets.
To go up the elevator: continue down the hall and, right as the hall turns left, go left into the elevator room. Take the elevator up to the third floor. Exit the elevator, and the elevtor room and go left. Keep walking down the hall past the bathrooms (on your left) and then room 318 will be on your left just past the bathrooms and some storage closets.

The favorite parking spots are right out front of door three in the cul-de-sac out front and on South View Ln.
There is also the Green Parking Lot located to the east side of the Community Center. This parking lot can be accessed from South View Ln.
And there is the Red Parking Lot located north of the Community Center. This parking lot can be accessed from E Frontage Rd (hwy 100).
You will want to enter door three. As seen in the picture below, it is located right off of South View Ln, between the Green Parking Lot and the Frontage Rd (hwy 100)

How to Find the Room:
The front door attendant will direct you how to get upstairs. Once you are upstairs, look for the studio across from the water filling/water fountain station. There are only two workout studios upstairs so you can also just look for me.

Cedar Lake Rd basically dead ends into the JCC's parking lot. The Jewish Community Center is only part of this very large campus so when you hit that parking lot, drive straight down to the end. Then turn left to curve around the building. Park anywhere between the building and the park area.
As shown in this picture below, you will want to enter the doors next to the basketball courts. A front door attendant will scan your ID once you enter.
