New Special Class Offering:

Mini-Ballet-Technique Intenstives

Whether you are a beginner or advanced dancer, the goal of these mini-intensives is to focus in on one aspect of dance and explore the technique, the how and why, of that aspect as well as to help you incorporate this into your dancing or teaching. These mini-intensives will help you find the correct muscles though personal corrections. Also, I will give you exercises you can do to help strengthen or stretch to build your technique and strength in and out of class.

These sessions run about 2 hours and are kept to smaller groups to allow plenty of individualized attention.
